We want you to feel confident in your VYNLUX purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@getvynlux.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label or address.

Condition Requirements

  • Item must be unused and show no signs of wear
  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Who Pays Return Shipping

You pay return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your VYNLUX cap arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getvynlux.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
  • Items showing signs of use beyond inspection/trial
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest option is to return your original order (per the process above) and place a new order separately.

Late or Missing Refunds
